Mapei continues to support the One Million Trees movement

Mapei Singapore is glad to be part of this meaningful activity. We are committed to donate and plant 16 trees this year. Mapei team of 32 participants that includes family members this year, will be involved in tree planting as a way to contribute a positive impact to the community, at the same time, connecting with our fellow colleagues.

The activity will be split into four sessions lasting from March to December.

Waterproof concrete surfaces subject to positive and negative water pressure with Mapelastic Foundation

Mapelastic Foundation is a two component, flexible cementitious mortar. It is ideal for applying it for underground structures - foundation walls, underground environments such as basins, channels and swimming pool.

Completely waterproof against positive pressure;
Resistant against negative pressure;
Resistant to soluble salts (chlorides and sulphates);
Excellent bonding strength. Adheres well to the substrate;
Low emission of VOC;
Choose a product that is Green-label certified.

MAPEI WORLD PROJECT

Encore Melaka Theatre

Spanning an area of more than 60,000m², the Encore Melaka Theatre is said to be the largest theatre to be built in Asia.

The theatre boosts cutting-edge technology, including a complex hydraulics system to raise and lower platforms and enabling it to rotate 360 degrees allowing the entire auditorium to rotate during a show.

Mapei supplied waterproofing solutions for:

Lift shafts and bearing walls using Mapelastic Foundation;
Rainwater collection tank, pump room, storage tank located on stage for water effects performance using Mapelastic;
Floor surfaces of stage and corridors applied with Plastimul PU;
Washrooms and kitchens using Planiseal 288.

Repair concrete with high strength flowable mortar – Mapegrout SV Fiber

Mapegrout SV Fiber is a flowable, shrinkage compensated, quick-setting and hardening, high ductility cementitious mortar that contains stiff steel fibres. It is ideal for repairing concrete structures where high thickness and repairing areas with special shapes is required. For instance, repairing concrete floors (industrial, roads, airports), repairing hydraulic structures, rebuilding and levelling reinforced concrete bearing elements on motorway viaducts.
